INSURANCE COVERAGE
At Treat Hearing, we work with a wide range of private insurers and government programs to help make hearing care more affordable.
Many private health care insurance plans such as Canada Life (PSHCP), Sun Life, Manulife, Green Shield, and others partially (or fully) cover the costs of your appointment with an audiologist, as well as for hearing aids.
We guide and support you every step of the way, providing all the documentation and invoices you need to use your health benefits.
We also work directly with government programs such as Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) and third party insurers such Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) and the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP), which all fully cover the cost of hearing tests and hearing aids for those eligible.
